Went for my first true trail ride today since September 9th. What a great way to start the new year. The snow flakes were falllin the wind was howling and the trails were slippery. Definitely need to work on my confidence and my arm strength. Mandi was schooling me on all the switchbacks. Did a lot of thinking on the ride and I came to the conclusion that I am totally infatuated with bikes. Not one of those burning fast going to end anytime infatuations more like a deep love, borderline obsession. Bikes are what I know and pretty much all I know. 2008 the year of the Bike.

Looks like fun conditions, riding while the snow is falling lends a special vibe to the ride. Obsessions aren't always unhealthy either...
